[snmp] Removed relays.ordb.org from snmp.westhawk.co.uk

I'm trying to fix the problem that relays.ordb.org is blocking all incoming
mail to the mailing lists.

If you tried to post a message before and got a mail back that said
something like:

  snmp at snmp.westhawk.co.uk
    SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM:<XXX> <jbers at bbn.com>:
    host snmp.westhawk.co.uk [192.67.4.168]: 550 5.7.1 Mail from X.X.X.X
refused by blackhole site relays.ordb.org

please try again. The problem should be fixed.
