All our available code is on SourceForge, see 
http://sourceforge.net/projects/westhawksnmp/
We are in the process of moving over documentation as well, but as
always paid work gets in the way. :-)

Tim hasn't had time (yet) to fix the deadlock problem you reported a
while ago:

We haven't scheduled a release yet. As I said, all our code is now
available as soon as we change it (and do a cvs commit), but testing the
full features of the stack always takes close to a week. Unfortunately
we don't have that time available the next few months, sorry.
